At Palette London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
